Real estate has been woven into my life since I was a teenager, working alongside my mom, Cynthia Hash—our Principal Broker and Owner, who’s been in this industry since 1981. My connection to this area runs deep. I spent my first couple years right off Minor Ridge Road in the Charlottesville-Albemarle area, and when I was two, my family moved to Forest Lakes — the neighborhood where I grew up, went to school, and learned what it means to put down roots. My parents stayed there until 2017, when our growing family (I had a toddler and newborn twins!) moved just down the road into a multi-generational home—still in Albemarle County, still close to everything that feels like home.

I’ve watched this market transform in ways most agents have only read about—because I lived through it. I’ve worked in real estate in one capacity or another for 22+ years (15+ full-time), starting as an assistant, then lead coordinator, stepping into transaction coordinating, and eventually brokerage management. I earned my REALTOR® license in 2021 and later earned my Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation to deepen my brokerage leadership and operations expertise. When I tell you I know this area, I mean it the way a neighbor means it—not just the comps, but the communities, and how the market has evolved right before my eyes.

That depth of local knowledge shapes everything I do for my clients.
